Yesterday, March 4, 2025, Judge Hurson of the United States District Court of the District of Maryland issued a nationwide preliminary injunction in PFLAG v. Trump, blocking enforcement of President Trump’s executive orders threatening federal funding for providers of gender-affirming medical care for people undeer the age of 19.
