Volunteer Work
Volunteering with Metro DC PFLAG
Since the founding of our chapter in 1983, volunteers have been and continue to be, the driving force of our organization. Volunteers allow us to stretch our resources so that we can meet our mission in the communities we serve.
We are currently looking for volunteers who have time to take the lead on the following long-term commitment roles:
Community group facilitators
Board of Directors members (including president of the board and advocacy chair in Washington, DC)
Event speakers
